These terms are the agreement between you and [FULL LEGAL NAME] (“we”, “us”) for the Homework Noti mobile application (the “App”). By creating an account you accept them.
1. What the App does
Homework Noti lets you record your subjects and homework and schedules reminders on your device. Reminders are local notifications: they are scheduled by your phone, and they only appear on the device where they were set up.
The App is a study aid. It is your responsibility to hand your work in — a missed, late or undelivered reminder is not a reason to miss a deadline, and we are not responsible if one does not arrive.
2. Who can use it and who agrees to this
You must be at least 13 years old to have an account. One person, one account.
If you are under 18 — or under whatever age counts as an adult where you live — you may only use Homework Noti with the permission of a parent or guardian, and only if that parent or guardian agrees to these terms on your behalf. They are then responsible for your use of the App and for any subscription bought through it.
Some countries set their own age at which a young person may agree to their data being handled: 14 in Quebec, and 18 in Brazil, for example. Where the age that applies to you is higher than 13, that higher age is the one that counts, and a parent or guardian must consent.
3. Your account
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you think someone else has access to it. You may delete your account at any time from inside the App.
4. Free plan and paid plan
The free plan lets you create up to 25 homework items and does not include the weekly timetable or class start alerts.
The paid plan, Homework Noti Pro, removes the homework limit and unlocks the weekly timetable and class start alerts.
5. Subscription, price and renewal
- Homework Noti Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription.
- The price is shown in your local currency in the App before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- It renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel it in your device’s account settings at any time. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
- If the price changes we will tell you in advance, and your store will ask you to agree before charging the new price.
6. Refunds
Apple and Google handle all refunds, not us. They take the payment, so they also decide refund requests, under their own terms. We cannot issue, refuse or reverse one on their behalf.
How to request a refund
iPhone and iPad: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, choose “Request a refund”, pick Homework Noti and tell them why. Apple usually answers within 48 hours.
Android: open the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions, or use Google’s refund request form.
Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the period you are already in. If you cancel mid-month you keep access until that month ends.
Nothing above affects any right to cancel or be refunded that the consumer law of your own country gives you.
7. What you may not do
- Use the App to break the law, or to store unlawful content.
- Try to access another person’s account or data.
- Attempt to bypass the paid features, or interfere with the App or its infrastructure.
- Resell or redistribute the App or access to it.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things.
8. Your content
Your subjects, homework and notes are yours. We claim no ownership of them. We access them only to provide the App, to keep it working, or where the law requires. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Availability
We try to keep the App working, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the App entirely, we will give reasonable notice and stop charging subscriptions.
10. Our responsibility
The App is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss, lost data, or a missed deadline. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date above and ask you to accept the new version in the App. If you do not accept, you may stop using the App and cancel your subscription.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.

Estos términos son el acuerdo entre tú y [NOMBRE LEGAL COMPLETO] (“nosotros”) respecto de la aplicación móvil Homework Noti (la “App”). Al crear una cuenta los aceptas.
1. Qué hace la App
Homework Noti te permite registrar tus materias y tareas, y programa recordatorios en tu dispositivo. Los recordatorios son notificaciones locales: los programa tu teléfono y solo aparecen en el dispositivo donde se configuraron.
La App es una ayuda de estudio. Entregar tus trabajos sigue siendo tu responsabilidad: un recordatorio que no llegue, llegue tarde o no se entregue no es motivo para incumplir una fecha, y no somos responsables si eso ocurre.
2. Quién puede usarla y quién acepta esto
Debes tener al menos 13 años para tener una cuenta. Una persona, una cuenta.
Si eres menor de 18 años — o menor de la edad que se considere mayoría de edad donde vives — solo puedes usar Homework Noti con permiso de tu padre, madre o tutor, y únicamente si esa persona acepta estos términos en tu nombre. A partir de ahí, ella es responsable de tu uso de la App y de cualquier suscripción contratada desde ella.
Algunos países fijan su propia edad para que una persona joven pueda consentir el tratamiento de sus datos: 14 años en Quebec y 18 en Brasil, por ejemplo. Cuando la edad que te aplique sea mayor a 13, esa edad mayor es la que cuenta, y se requiere el consentimiento de tu padre, madre o tutor.
3. Tu cuenta
Guarda tu contraseña; eres responsable de lo que ocurra en tu cuenta. Avísanos a [CORREO DE CONTACTO] si crees que alguien más tiene acceso. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde la App.
4. Plan gratis y plan de paga
El plan gratis te permite crear hasta 25 tareas y no incluye el horario semanal ni los avisos de inicio de clase.
El plan de paga, Homework Noti Pro, elimina el límite de tareas y desbloquea el horario semanal y los avisos de inicio de clase.
5. Suscripción, precio y renovación
- Homework Noti Pro es una suscripción mensual de renovación automática.
- El precio se muestra en tu moneda local dentro de la App antes de que confirmes. El cargo se hace a tu Apple ID o a tu cuenta de Google al confirmar la compra.
- Se renueva automáticamente cada mes salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo en curso. El cargo de renovación se realiza dentro de las 24 horas previas al fin del periodo.
- Puedes administrarla o cancelarla en los ajustes de tu cuenta del dispositivo en cualquier momento. Desinstalar la App no cancela la suscripción.
- Si el precio cambia te avisaremos con anticipación y tu tienda te pedirá aceptar antes de cobrar el nuevo precio.
6. Reembolsos
Apple y Google gestionan todos los reembolsos, no nosotros. Ellos cobran el pago, así que también resuelven las solicitudes de reembolso conforme a sus propios términos. No podemos emitir, negar ni revertir uno en su nombre.
Cómo solicitar un reembolso
iPhone y iPad: entra a reportaproblem.apple.com, inicia sesión con tu Apple ID, elige “Solicitar un reembolso”, selecciona Homework Noti y explica el motivo. Apple suele responder en 48 horas.
Android: abre Google Play Store → Menú → Suscripciones, o usa el formulario de reembolso de Google.
Cancelar detiene el siguiente cobro; no reembolsa el periodo en el que ya estás. Si cancelas a mitad del mes conservas el acceso hasta que ese mes termine.
Nada de lo anterior afecta los derechos de cancelación o reembolso que te otorgue la ley de consumo de tu propio país.
7. Lo que no puedes hacer
- Usar la App para infringir la ley o para almacenar contenido ilícito.
- Intentar acceder a la cuenta o a los datos de otra persona.
- Intentar evadir las funciones de paga, o interferir con la App o su infraestructura.
- Revender o redistribuir la App o el acceso a ella.
Podemos suspender o cerrar una cuenta que haga esto.
8. Tu contenido
Tus materias, tareas y notas son tuyas. No reclamamos ninguna propiedad sobre ellas. Accedemos a ellas únicamente para prestarte el servicio, para mantenerlo funcionando, o cuando la ley lo exija. Consulta nuestro Aviso de Privacidad.
9. Disponibilidad
Procuramos mantener la App funcionando, pero no prometemos que esté siempre disponible ni libre de errores. Podemos modificar o retirar funciones. Si descontinuamos la App por completo, avisaremos con una anticipación razonable y dejaremos de cobrar las suscripciones.
10. Nuestra responsabilidad
La App se ofrece tal como está. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no respondemos por daños indirectos o incidentales, pérdida de datos, ni por una entrega incumplida. Nada aquí limita la responsabilidad que no puede limitarse por ley, incluida la derivada de fraude o de muerte o daño personal causado por negligencia.
Cuando nuestra responsabilidad sí pueda limitarse, se limita al monto que nos hayas pagado en los 12 meses anteriores a la reclamación.
11. Cambios a estos términos
Si modificamos estos términos actualizaremos la fecha de arriba y te pediremos aceptar la nueva versión en la App. Si no la aceptas, puedes dejar de usar la App y cancelar tu suscripción.
12. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.
