I’m not getting remindersNo me llegan los recordatorios
  1. On your iPhone, open Settings → Notifications → Homework Noti and make sure Allow Notifications is on.
  2. In the app, go to Settings and tap Send a test reminder. It should arrive in about 5 seconds.
  3. Check that a Focus mode — like Sleep or Do Not Disturb — isn’t silencing it.
  4. A reminder only fires if its time is still ahead. The app marks any reminder whose time has already passed with Already passed — will not fire.
  1. En tu iPhone, abre Configuración → Notificaciones → Homework Noti y verifica que Permitir notificaciones esté activado.

Yes. Sign in with the same account and open the app once — it sets up the reminders for all your homework on that device. Each iPhone or iPad you use schedules its own, so they arrive even without internet.

Yes. Sign in with the same account on each one. A change on one device shows up on the other within seconds.

Does it work without internet?¿Funciona sin internet?

Yes. Everything you add or change is saved on your device straight away and sent to your account as soon as you’re back online — even if you close the app in between. Settings shows whether you’re connected and how many changes are waiting to upload.

On the sign-in screen, type your email, then tap Forgot password? We’ll email you a link to choose a new one. If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google instead — there’s no separate password.

En la pantalla de inicio de sesión, escribe tu correo y toca ¿Olvidaste tu contraseña? Te enviaremos un enlace para elegir una nueva. Si te registraste con Google, usa Continuar con Google: no hay una contraseña aparte.

How do I change the language?¿Cómo cambio el idioma?

In the app, go to Settings → Language. It applies across the whole app and stays chosen on that device. Dates and times follow your phone’s region.

What does Pro include?¿Qué incluye Pro?

Unlimited homework (the free plan holds up to 25 assignments), the weekly timetable, and an alert as each class begins. Everything else is free. Compare plans

How do I cancel my subscription?¿Cómo cancelo mi suscripción?

Apple manages the subscription, so you cancel it with Apple:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions, then Homework Noti.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Deleting the app — or your account — does not cancel it.

How do I get a refund?¿Cómo pido un reembolso?

Apple takes the payment, so Apple handles refunds — we can’t issue them ourselves. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, choose Request a refund, pick Homework Noti and tell them why. Apple usually answers within 48 hours.

In the app, tap your plan in Settings, then Restore purchases. Make sure your device is signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

What data do you collect?¿Qué datos recaban?

Only what the app needs to work: your email, your subjects and homework, your year of birth, and whether you have a subscription. No ads, no trackers, and we never sell your data. The Privacy Policy has the full list.
